Jim Blackman,
Partner and Founder
Mr. Blackman oversees the strategy and implementation
of investor relations programs for PRFM clients,
relying on over 25 years of direct IR and financial
marketing experience with over 100 public companies.
Mr. Blackman founded PR Financial Marketing, LLC
in 2003.
Brian Blackman, Partner
Prior to re-joining PRFM as a Partner, Mr. Blackman
directed all investor relations and financial marketing
efforts at Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. Mr. Blackman
has served in the financial industry for over 10
years with a focus on external marketing to the
financial community. Mr. Blackman earned a degree
in communications at the University of Northern
Colorado. Mr. Blackman also previously held a series
7 and 63 license.
